Weekly Bulletin

We hope that you all had a restful half term and we are very much looking forward to seeing everyone back at classes this week.  We do hope that everyone survived storm Dennis and hope that no one was badly affected.

It was a busy 1/2 term for some of us and I am happy to report that Miss Gemma is now a qualified Alixa Flexibility Instructor and the students will be introduced to some of the exercises in classes.

A quick reminder that as we are working towards our show please try not to miss classes as we really need to move forward and finalise all routines.  If you haven't  yet purchased tickets there are not many left so please visit the congress theatres website and do so before we sell out.

A reminder all show costumes need to be paid for by the 28th - there are lots still not paid for and they will not be ordered without prior payment.   All but 1of our suppliers need payment up front.

I have some costumes that have been paid for but as of yet have no sizing information please ensure this is supplied this week.

Fees
There are lots of fees still outstanding these are many many weeks over due now, please pay what is owing including any uniform items and melody bear cards that are outstanding.  New fees are due on Monday 9th March and all fees invoices have been sent out this morning.

Movie Night
It is a great shame but we have to postpone the movie night due to less than 20 tickets being purchased, after the success of the Christmas one we were rather hoping that everyone would get behind this again.  We are moving this to coincide with Easter now and will have an easter (probably Peter Rabbit) theme to the event.  Anyone who has already purchased tickets these will roll over to teh new date ( of which I will communicate later this week)

Uniform
Please remember that our uniform is compulsory and not a choice and that all students should be attending classes in correct uniform and groomed with their hair in a neat and tidy bun.

Further Opportunities
If any students are wishing to take more classes, increase the level they are training at or are showing an interest in starting to compete please do let us know as we have some more local competitions coming up shortly that would be ideal to start at.
